The series is based on high brightness and high-power semiconductor light source in Seoul Z-Power LED packaging R & D is made to reduce the thermal resistance, which significantly extend the service life of LED lighting. In addition, the series allows manufacturers to install and easy to design competitive products.

ZC series chips directly mounted to the board package design, eliminating the need for the metal plate of the LED surface mount, allowing manufacturers to save the chip before using it to connect process.
